About

Children in Vulnerable Contexts (CVC) is an open-access educational platform dedicated to supporting children growing up in vulnerable conditions. The platform brings together rights-based, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate activities designed for use by educators, families, and organizations working with children in diverse and challenging contexts.

CVC focuses on children affected by displacement, poverty, social exclusion, disability, crises, and other forms of structural vulnerability. Rather than approaching children through deficit-based or crisis-centered narratives, the platform adopts a strength-based perspective that recognizes children as active agents with voices, capabilities, and rights.

All activities shared on CVC are grounded in principles of early childhood development, child rights frameworks, and inclusive education practices. The materials are designed to be practical, adaptable, and culturally sensitive, allowing users to apply them across different contexts and settings.

The platform aims to serve as a shared resource space for practitioners seeking ethical, reflective, and child-centered approaches to supporting children in vulnerable contexts.
